Describing themselves as a property investing and finance peer-to-peer platform, LendInvest are a relatively new Fintech brand but with some impressive credentials. Originating from Montello, a London-based short-term property finance lender, Lendinvest has the financial backing of Atomico, a European venture capital fund co-founded by Niklas Zennström, one of the co-founders of Skype.
